provider based in New Zealand. Today, the Quest "Carrier Neutral
International Fibre Network" spans the Asia Pacific region.

Quest Communications (not to be confused with U.S.-based
Qwest/US West) is a Carrier Neutral International Network
Operator. It is currently headquartered in Hong Kong, but
its NOC is in Sydney.
For any contract period of three (3) years or longer, Quest
automatically provides a "Price Protection" mechanism.

The company also provides webhosting and colocation services.
It is in peering negotiations with the following companies: KDD,
NTT, PCCW, Hong Kong Telecom, Singtel, and Sprint.
