regardless of connectivity method, challenging ISP operators to provide
subscriber figures in a forthright, consistent and accurate manner.

CyberAtlas there were 149 million Americans online as of
September 2001. For the purposes of this ranking, we'll continue to use
this number as the basis of our analysis this quarter.
