Pihana Pacific is a carrier-neutral data center provider headquartered in Honolulu, USA. It has built and launched facilities in Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, Honolulu and Los Angeles.

Pihana provides consistent products and services across all of its data centers. These services include a choice of carriers for local and Internet access, Internet exchanges integrated into the data centers, cabinets, cages and custom-built suites for colocation, storage services and remote hands technical support.

Each data center has a 99.999 percent SLA and disaster recovery capabilities.

Pihana Pacific, Inc. was launched in January 2000. It is a privately held company, and has raised $236 million in private equity since being founded, including $190 million in October of 2000, achieving one of the largest private equity financing rounds in Asian history with lead investor Goldman Sachs.
