VeriSign, which began accepting applications for .biz domain names on Tuesday, June 19th, also released a list of the ten most popular .biz and .info domain names.

So what are the gTLDs that people are most interested in? Verisign says the list changes daily, but as of this month, here are the Top Ten generic requests for the .biz and .info suffixes. (The list is in no particular order.)

.biz:
show (as in show.biz)
sex
business
internet
travel
music
computer
web
realestate
biz (yes, biz.biz!)

.info:
travel
sex
business
internet
money
computer
music
realestate
web
news

But remember, until NeuLevel opens the new .biz registry, no central authority will be processing these requests to say whether a domain name is available or not.
