120-day warranty covers software, including new releases at no charge.

We found tech support patient and knowledgeable; caching is, after all,
InfoLibria's line-of-business. However, some ISP admins may wish for 24x7
telephone support.
Final Words
Our evaluation got off to a slow start due to problems that would have
been easily corrected by improved documentation. While the DynaCache is
somewhat more daunting to configure than an "appliance," most experienced
admins will find its CLI easy to learn and use. Once placed in service,
the DynaCache offers robust fail-over and monitoring features, supported
by hot-swappable, redundant hardware. Lab visitors were impressed by this
product's ability to avoid network disruption when power cables were unceremoniously
yanked from the DynaLink. A wealth of features are slated for the next
release. This is a solid web cache for high-availability networks, with
a price that reflects the target market.
